An English “Teddy Bear” GoldenDoodle is a hybrid breed between a Poodle and an English Creme Golden Retriever. The Goldendoodle is an affectionate and gentle dog that has gained popularity since he was first developed in 1990s. ... English Goldendoodles are typically very easy to train and make great companions and therapy dogs.

Our English Goldendoodles are full/standard size.
They will be a generous size dog ranging from 50-65 pounds.

Here is an excellent explanation of the difference between American Golden Retrievers and English Golden Retrievers.
https://pethelpful.com/dogs/the-truth-about-English-Cream-Golden-Retrievers

The #1  piece of information that I kept on going back to was the fact that every article that I read kept saying that they were such great animals around kids.  Most of the families who buy puppies from us have kids......kids, jobs, friends, families, stress, schedules  and now a puppy.
We want everyone to be happy with the new addition and this breeding combination seems to be the very top for that success.

The #2 piece of information or fact that kept on bringing me back to wanting to know more about the English Retriever was simply their looks.  Lets face it folks--Looks really go a long way! Your kid is 100 X more likely to take a dog outside to play on a hot day that's cute and playful rather than stern and grumpy.

The #3 piece of information about these puppies is their coat. The  F1 English Goldendoodle will be most likely to have a wavy to slightly curly coat, has a high chance of being light to little shedding and will have less dander therefor be more tolerant to those with allergies or asthma.

Leighla and Nala's puppies are bred for temperament.
River's strong retriever bloodlines and the friendly poodle disposition of the ladies
 will provide

a solid foundation for a great family dog.
They will be loyal, trainable and great prospects for Therapy pets!
River passed his Therapy dog test this summer at just a year old.
Intelligent, calm and easy to adapt--
we have heard over and over what great family pets these puppies are!

The River and Leighla and River and Nala puppies are referred to as the F1 mix.
This is the 50/50 Poodle and Retriever.
They are a FULL size dog.  The adult weight will range anywhere from 45-70 pounds.
An average weight should be around 50 pounds.
An F1 can have a variety of adult coats ranging from wavy to loose curl. An English coat can take up to a year to mature and the undercoat to fill in.
Because it typically takes about 6-8 months for their coat to mature so it is difficult to tell how a puppy coat will transform.
An F1 is usually a light shedding dog.
USUALLY---depending on their genetic make-up and actual adult coat it can be more or less.
